  1. Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Casserole
    Ingredients:
    1lb cooked chicken or turkey cut into pieces
    1 bag broccoli florets, cooked
    1 jar Alfredo sauce
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese, shredded, reserve some for the topping
    1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
    1 cup pork rind panko for the top
    1tsp garlic powder
    1tsp onion powder
    1 tbsp dried chives
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Mix together everything but the pork rind panko and a little cheese then put into a greased baking pan
    Top with pork rind panko and some cheese
    Place preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbling hot and the cheese is melted on top

  2. Wendy! I have a steaming hot bowl of this sitting in front of me waiting to cool down right this minute!! I am excited…Oh my goodness – I just tried it and it is heaven! YUM. I changed it slightly by adding keto egg noodles. (eggs, parmesan, panko, bake in the oven, cool, roll and cut), and a dash of heavy cream. They were a first too, I wanted to see if they would hold up and they have. Anyway! SO GOOD! I will be making this often! Thank You! once again for a great recipe!

    Wendy, you said the (absolutely delicious looking!) casserole looked a bit dry…I would've added a splash of water to the white sauce jar, placed back the lid, and shaken it to get all that deliciousness out! 😋😋😋😋

  33. I always buy my boots at least a half size larger so I can always add socks and forties for extra cushion walking around. Works out so much better ! Better a tiny bit larger than snug plus allows that extra cushion since the heels are hard on boots so it’s great for walking.
