  1. Great video Dr. B!! I’ve been keto now 3 years and at 56 years old it has been the best eating lifestyle that has truly helped me keep the menopause belly fat off!!🙌🏻
    Those that are thinking they can’t do it because they can never give up eating bread, I hear you years ago I was addicted to carbs, mostly pasta and having bread everyday… it’s been years since I’ve had bread and do not miss it at all! Not at all!
    Give it a chance… help your body change to a healthier weight and lifestyle! 🥳
