You eat too low monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats..I think you would also be low on zinc, selenium, and choline (if it weren't for the beyond meat burgers)- all of which would be resolved by eating more nuts, seeds, and avocados. Everything looks really delicious though, and this is still a very balanced day. I think you should mention the supplements you take just in case some new vegans are watching thinking they don't have to take b12,d3 etc.

  2. I just saw a huge amount of your videos rn because I just discovered your channel! I’ve been flirting with veganism for about some months now and I’m still not prepared (mostly because my family isn’t vegan, so I would have to cook almost everything I eat), but contents like you and Mina Rome are helping me fall more in love with the idea everyday. I also saw documentaries about veganism and I know the intricacies meat has into our environment and a whole bunch of reasons that I’ve been seriously thinking about. Anyways, I’m definitely becoming vegan along the way in the future and I’m already introducing vegan culinary to my family and myself! Congratulations on your awesome content.
