even if you’re a hater – try this.

3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 mashed banana
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
2/3 cup milk of choice (I like mine thicker but if you want it thinner add up to 3/4 cups milk)
pinch of salt!

refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight!

    I know this sounds a bit weird but I'm glad that I had you with me last year and going forward this year. My mental health basically went to shit because alot of different reasons but mainly academic pressure and i had to put a break on everything.
    While recovering, which I still am, I put a lot of pressure on me to get back to my "old self" And do my work again.
    I am breaking so many cycles, putting conscious effort into everything I want me to have, feel and to be.
    Let's keep existing, because we make a difference!!!
