This was just too Eggy for me hardly bread

It has more of an eggy/spongey /omelettey taste and consistency than you would expect from bread but it was still really nice to soak up some extra sauce.
Kind of similar to french toast.
Added a pinch of salt and tsp of honey… tasteh!

Nice! I’m new to keto and this was great. After microwaving and letting it cool, I cut it in half and fried it and made a serviceable hamburger bun. The frying removed the eggy odor.
I do notice a little afterbite from the baking powder, but that’s to be expected. I’ll be making this again – next will be toasting cubes of it in the oven for croutons

Have you ever changed the recipe to be able to make a loaf in a silicone loaf pan in the microwave?n I tried tripling it and its didn't turn out the same.
I did it a couple of times but got something extremely bitter and completely unedible. I suppose its an issue with too much backing powder. I might have put 1/4 of teaspoonfill or less instead of 1/2 that he recommends. I wonder if there is a specific baking powder i ought to use.
can you use coconut flour instead of almond? would it come out as good?

I can’t seem to find the recipe other than one egg, how much butter, almond flour and baking powder? Your video is great but would be helpful to know amounts of each ingredient … I’ve scoured through the comments and can’t locate. It seems other people have had the same problem. Help, please?
Mine turned out insanely bitter. What the hell? I wonder if the mystery powder I was using was baking powder or baking soda.

My mug bread tends to have large air pockets in the bottom? Any suggestions on getting rid of them. I've heard people suggest banging bowl on worktop before microwaving it but doesn't seem to make any difference?
Just made it. Quite palatable and easy. Definitely nicer than some of the more time consuming recipes.

3 tablespoons almond flour (or 1 tablespoon coconut flour)
1 tablespoon butter or oil
