Here we show you how to make a quick and easy 90 second Keto Bun. You can also substitute the almond flour with 1 ½ tbsp Coconut Flour if you don’t like using Almond Flour.

Ingredients:
24g/3 tbsp Almond Flour
15g /1½ tbsp Olive Oil
1 large Egg.
2g/½ tsp Baking Powder

Ok so I just made this and it was so delicious and easy! The way I made mine was instead of 3 tbsp of almond flour. I added 1 tbsp of oat flour, 1 tbsp of chickpea flour, and 1tbsp of coconut flour, along with herbs and spices like salt, pepper, dried basil leaves, dried parsley, and Italian seasoning. And I cooked it in my sandwich maker, and it turned out so nice and fluffy.

I just made this for the first time and will be making it again! I doubled the recipe and cooked it in my Tupperware Breakfast Maker–the dough divided up perfectly between the cup inserts. They are springy, taste good and are filling! I will add a pinch of salt next time and maybe some spices too!

I just made this only I used ground up chia seeds, for a zero net carb keto bread! 🥳 it worked beautifully, and tasted just as good as the almond flour ones I made. I just used a small coffee grinder to make a chia seed flour….
