Nutritional Information:
Cal: 308 | Net Carbs: 2g | Fiber: 2g | Total Carbs: 4g | Fat: 28g | Protein: 10g

1 Egg
15g/ 1 tbsp Butter, melted
27g/ 3 tbsp Almond Flour
2g/ ½ tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt

I do want to let you know that from a previous video about flourless keto bread, I made a flourless almond butter keto bread from homemade bleached almond butter. 😊 I put it together like peanut butter and jelly with Manuka honey instead of jelly and it was so amazing!

  2. I added all the ingredients into Carb Manager and I have no idea how you are getting only 2 net carbs unless the recipe is actually 2 servings like other 90 second bread recipes. Carb Manager says it is 3.1 carbs. Maybe you have a lower carb count almond flour then we can get in the US?

  3. Last year I made a ton of 90 second bread. I really do like it. However I am in an elimination diet right now doing carnivore and I feel so amazing. I’ve cleared up a few of my issues. I am definitely going to try this one when I’m done. I quit so much almond flour I found myself just making stuff to make stuff do you know? I’ve gone from keto to dirty keto to I’m on vacation too I’m on carnivore to clear up my nagging issues.

  4. Hi Mel, I have tried this recipe before but as I don’t have a microwave I cooked it in my air fryer. It took approx 10 minutes and turned out really well. So, it could be cooked in a regular oven too and still not take very long. I cooked mine just prior to lunch and in approx 20 minutes had a sandwich ready. Not too bad when you don’t have bread handy. Obviously I realise 9- seconds is better but you don’t have to do without if you don’t have a microwave. xxxxx

    Q: my microwave has different settings i.e. high/med/low. I assume 90 secs on high? Thanks, cos I can’t wait to try the bread! 😋👍🏻
