Thank you I was hit by a logging truck head-on I am now through that I just lost my legs that’s all and I am a swimmer but it’s been three years now I’ve had my prosthetic for about a year I am now starting to gain weight and be bloated and so I’m on my way into the store to get some of this anti-inflammatory smoothies food I’ve been watching you for a couple days I like to eat healthy so I’m getting back on track and I’m starting it with you and thank you so much

  2. How can you get any nutrients from boiled drinks? Heat kills it all. Esp. Boiling.
    You should never add lemon juice to a pot of boiling liquid.. wait until it is either warm or cooled down, before adding it to your drinks. So you will retain all of its nutritional benefits .😊

  3. I drink jamu since I was and am now. When I still have my period, my cook would make turmeric with honey one week before my period and drank it until I got one and believe to reduce the smell. Then after my period, I have my jamu to keep me healthy and firm body.
