  1. You should be vegetarian just for your Health.
When it’s comes to respect animals lives, I will say….
    Aren’t plants lives too?
I think everything in this Universe has an order.
Animal’s knows their duties, therefore they won’t feel offended if they need to be killed. What is not great for human it’s the way we sacrifice the animal. If it’s under mayor stress and fears at the time of sacrificing that Cortisona and energy goes right to our joins too.
    So, take it easy.

  2. I would go vegetarian. But not vegan. What about if you don't like some vegetables or fruits. Or if you're allergic to some of the fruits and vegetables? I don't like peas or okra, or mushrooms. Alot of veggies I don't like . So how am I able to be full vegan ? But I don't drink cow milk or eat pork. I don't eat beef that much. So I am eliminated somethings. Lol!

  3. Delicious and nutritious food from Babette and her team! The whole paradigm of aging is changing to people who take super care of themselves inc. plant based with lots of fruits and vegs, cultivate inner happiness, reg. exercise a person likes from cycling/walking/team sports/yoga/swimming so many fun ones, meditation, mindfulness, gratitude practice, work a person enjoys ect… are not classically aging but remaining in excellent health and living over 100 as 10,000's of people in Japan are now doing, 150 is coming up fast.
