These are my go-to vegan dressings simply because they are ridiculously easy but still tasty and healthy! All you need is a jar and a spoon, then of course the few ingredients 🙂 See recipes below 👇🏽

QUICK HUMMUS DRESSING (base recipe)
1 cup hummus
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
water to thin

CURRY DRESSING
1 cup hummus
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
water to thin

CHEESY DRESSING
1 cup hummus
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
water to thin

BBQ DRESSING
1 cup hummus
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
2 tsp smoked paprika powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pinch cayenne
water to thin

PEANUT BUTTER DRESSING
6 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp tamari sauce
water to thin

TAHINI DRESSING
6 tbsp smooth tahini (or tahina)
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
water to thin

ALLROUNDER DRESSING
6 tbsp smooth tahini (or tahina)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
water to thin

  1. Sauces and dressings are life 🙌 do you have any other recipes that don’t require blender? (Mine is in storage- been moving often due to husbands job) I miss my blender so much, I didn’t realize how much of my recipes require a blender- I thought I could make it for a few months without it, it’s been challenging
