Since our childhood, omelettes have been regular meals in our breakfast. Being a great source of protein and a delicious dish, I am sure we have all tried to flip an omelette at least once in our lives.
Eggs are one of, if not the most versatile ingredients to cook with. One egg contains 75 calories; 13 gms of protein and is rich in micronutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin B5, vitamin B12, Phosphorus, Calcium and Zinc.
Studies have shown, having a protein rich breakfast speeds our metabolism which aids in weight loss. It also helps you stay fuller longer and energetic throughout the day. Being a powerhouse macronutrient, protein helps build our muscles and curb our afternoon sugar cravings as well.
In this video I will show you how to make 7 super simple, delicious and interesting omelette recipes, for each day of the week.
