For those of you who don't have the time in the morning to cook, you can meal prep some of those and heat them up in the morning. 🙂 You can also make overnight oats or chia pudding the night before. Other easy options are pb sandwich or hummus sandwich and smoothies. Some people also do intermittent fasting, personally it's not my thing, although I do eat later in the morning (11-12) especially when I was going to the gym in the morning I would just eat a banana or sth and skip to lunch lol. (Intermittent fasting doesn't have to mean that you eat less, you just boost up the other meals calorie wise. :))
