Thank you Dr E I eat the majority of your recommendations however you have given a couple of suggestions to give me variety, steel cut oats are proving to be a bit difficult to source in supermarkets nearby had been eating organic oats should I stop those, would you be so kind as to give ideas for lunche + dinners ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง

  2. I am not diagnosed with pre-diabetes or diabetes, but Im sure I have insulin resistance. Over the years I expressed my concerns to my doctors (different primary physicians) that I get tired after eating my meals, they tested my A1C always come back in normal range. I know if I continue to eat carb, years later I will definitely be diabetic. So I cut out carbs in my diet (only have it occasionally) I eat broccoli, steak and egg for breakfast, I feel energetic and no more brain fog. Of course exercise most of the days, so Im sure that helps a lot too.
