  1. I loved all yr recipes. Am diabetic,heart pt.operated twice.I wish I could use all the ingredients you showed, but sad I cannot eat coconut,jaggery and tamarind. Truly I love all of these, I,ll try and make omitting the ingredients I can't digest. Thanks so ma'am,so tempting 😋
