  1. Loved it πŸ™‚ I’ll try to cook them all… I’m from Brasil and my meals are closest from the first option.. i make it every week: rise, beans, different types of potato, some vegetables, some tomato and salad sauce.. and then, almost everyday I only have to cut some greens and some fruits 🌱πŸ₯°

  2. I am very very new to the vegan life style, but I realize that some of the ailments I am dealing with are more than likely related to by my diet and I need to change it if because I don't plan on allowing the doctors to put me on medication. I realized that food is medicine and that's where I need to stay. I have never heard of some of these foods. Where in the grocery store would I find tempeh and garam masala and other ingredients that I can't say I've ever seen in the grocery store (of course, I wasn't looking for them before now) or are these things only found at Whole Foods? Thanks in advance for your help and for this channel. I saw you on Good Morning America this morning and it struck a cord that need to make some serious life changes with food and exercise. I appreciate your channel.

  3. I was excited to try this stew once I saw it on your YouTube channel! Most of the ingredients I already keep on hand so it was easy to prepare! I decided to not include the jack fruit and the stew still turned out great!

The flavors blended together nicely and even the peanut butter ( I used PB instead of the recommended) was a nice touch.

I could taste the ginger, onion and peppers through the thick creamy stew.

My husband and 18 month old also enjoyed the stew!

Adding this to the rotation for sure!
