Myself Niti Saxena
Today i will make five types of sugar free smoothies
Ingredients-
10 spoon honey
10 spoon yoghurt
5 cups cold milk
Some ice cubes
1 cup banana slices
1 cup mango pieces
1 cup kiwi slices(gooseberries)
1 cup Orange slices
1 cup chopped blackberrys(jamun)
For garnishing:
Some chocolate sprinklers
Sugar coated multicolor balls
Tutti frutti
Chopped dry fruits
Take banana pieces in blending jar then add yoghurt honey, milk, ice cube then blend it to make fine smoothie. now pour this is smoothie in glass, garnish with dry fruits and scooped mango balls.
with this same procedure make all the smoothies and garnish them Enjoy chilled healthy nutritious sugar free smoothies in this summer.
