Okay so I am challenging myself to try vegan eating in January and will be trying to do 1-2 vegan type recipes a day for December so that I can get used to it and also will have some recipes I know how to make without stressing about overthinking meal planning. Your videos are the first that I've found and I'm so glad I did! I would love to eat any of these recipes and look forward to making that granola because vegan breakfasts are what I worry about the most because I almost always have 2 eggs and toast. Thanks for sharing awesome recipes!
