  1. If you do your homework about so called "nutritional" yeast and find out how it is made (and that it is an excitotoxin), you won't want to consume it anymore. I avoid it like the plague now. There are other ways to make delicious Caesar dressing w/o eggs, fish or dairy. I make it with garlic, avocado, lemon juice, ume plum vinegar. dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over and mix into romaine lettuce and thin red onion slices.
