  1. Magnus, thanks for the vid. I think nutrition is imperative to get on the right foot for any exercise program, especially when you try your workouts. I failed my first month partly because I tried the SIRT food diet as well as your workouts because, well, I like intense workouts. and I have to admit that diet was an awful (!!) mistake that cost me 2 weeks of recovery.
