  1. Super appreciate a video like this! I am like you and love spending some time in the kitchen, but some days with work and stress…. You just need to take advantage of convenience and it’s nice to know that you get a good amount of nutrition and tastes good!

  2. I live in the UK and I see Americans using runny nut butters all the time, yet here in the UK nut butters aren’t runny. I have tried heating nut butters to make then runny but it doesn’t work. Can anyone explain this? Anyone in the UK know where you can buy runny nut butters?
