I didn’t have apple sauce so added milk and vanilla protein one scoop.had it with pb ,banana and maple syrup. I can have it for breakfast for the next two days thank you.

I didn't have a 4-inch pan so I made three cupcakes. Yum! I used erythritol as the sweetener. Perfect for my dad and my mom and me. Ooh, and I also baked them in a 170°C fan oven for 20 minutes cuz I don't have a microwave.
Hi what do you think I can use instead of applesauce? It's not readily available where i live and since I'm on the keto diet, I would actually prefer not to use it anyway 🙂 the recipe looks great so I really want to try it out, thanks a lot!
