1/2 cup of Hemp hearts (
1/2 cup of fine almond flour
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 cup of almond milk
1 tsp of xanthan gum (
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp sweetener (
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Toppings optional:
Granola
Fresh berries

Directions;

In a small pot add almond milk, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, sweetener, and xanthan.
Stir frequently over medium low heat
Once it starts to simmer
Prepare a mason jar with the hemp and almond flour
Pour hot liquid over hemp and almond flour
Stir it and let it sit until cool
Split into different jars
Add your favorite toppings

  1. I'm hesitant about adding in the xanthan gum. I hate that slimy texture. I can detect it even in baked goods. It didnt look slimy when you stirred it. When you tasted it I could see it was s bit stringy as you lifted the spoon to taste it. It really does look very tasty the way you presented it
