    *UPDATE*: Just finished making it since I had the ingredients in my kitchen! It does taste very fresh and flavorful. I think I used a bit much turmeric but it still takes really great (I like the taste of turmeric). Wondering if I needed to soak my garbanzo beans before smashing. That was my first time cooking them myself. I'm not very familiar with how to prepare them but since I did not soak them they were still a tiny bit crunchy in the scramble. Didn't take away from the taste at all, just curious since that was my first time preparing them (canned). 🙂

  2. I made the burgers and froze them. I have also made two more recipes from your cookbook. The stir fried broccoli and mushroom. Also the kickin cajun pasta. I used fettuccine because that is all I had and the divine tomatoes. Both were 🔥 I sent you an instagram picture of my fettuccine cajun pasta dish

  3. I've lost 8lbs in a week after finding your channel and switching up my meals! This is so easy and doable. I don't know about anyone else, but it's nice to see someone demonstrate what portion size should be and it's totally filling. I feel like you make eating healthy reachable for everyone.

  4. Ok, so yesterday near dinner time I tried your pasta with cashew sauce idea and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I did have to tweak it a bit by adding spaghetti sauce to my cashews because I didn’t have tomatoes (I enjoyed that taste) and I used Rotini Chick pea pasta. I ate some blue berries as a snack with a couple of peanut butter crackers and I didn’t eat until about 1:00 p.m. the next day. My body felt satisfied in a healthy way. I am NOT vegan, I can’t leave bacon and chicken alone! Lol, I DO however LOVE to find better ways of eating. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and simple way of cooking healthier. You are definitely one of my food favorites!

  6. Everything looks super delicious and healthy! But, I must say that I am so surprised that you are still using vegetable oil when everybody knows that it is so unhealthy and hazardous to the body. Avocado or Olive oil is much healthier to fry and sauté your bean burgers.
