  1. Just a note, oil sprays are only 0 calories at its serving size, which is usually like a half second spritz. It's a marketing technique where theoretically if the serving size is low enough they can round down to 0. But to realistically use the spray to coat the pan as is necessary, it will add a non-negligible amount of fats for anyone really tracking macros closely. But remember, only a portion of the oil used to coat the pan is being ingested.

  2. He can cook too? What can you not do Chris 🤭. Anyway the meals seem really effortless and easy to prep. Most importantly one can tell that they are really delicious unlike some meal ideas we see from some of these fitness other channels 🤮. Thank you so much for these. I'll definitely try them out

  3. dude Im a fan of you and your workouts. Im just having a hard time dealing with diet and the right meal, coz here in our country (partly Asia), some of the ingredients are expensive, and that is why it is so hard to have the sufficient meal on a diet.
