Are you ready for healthy low sugar smoothies (that still taste amazing!). Sugar can easily creep up in smoothie recipes, but today we’re keeping it in check with these 5 low sugar recipes and some sneaky vegetables.

While not overly sweet, these smoothies are still fruity and have 15 grams of sugar or less per serving. When it comes to healthy smoothies (to enjoy for breakfast or any time of day), these are the ones to have on regular rotation!

  2. Can you slice, freeze and store brocoli, egg plant, cucumbers, and squashes too? Also, when you freeze fresh spinach, how much do you freeze in one bag and do you need to thaw it before stir frying it? I know, soooo many questions. I'm new to all of this and I love your channel and recipies. Thank you.😘

  3. I love the ingredients that you're using and how you're combining the fruits and vegetables together.
    My one big question is "Why are you cooking the vegetables in all that water as to me you're losing the nutrients??. "
    I use raw vegetables of all sorts just washed and throw them in.
    I don't think you mentioned the fact either that when you're putting the vegetables in with the fruits people that don't normally like the vegetables won't even barely notice the taste.
    A trick I like to share with spinach is, once it's dry if you freeze it when you take it out you can crumble it up into flakes to make more room in your storage container and easier to put in the smoothie.
