  1. I have hashimoto's and I'm unmedicated as in my country they follow the old lab ranges and till 5 tsh is still in range for them.
    I was used to train and eat healthy and clean, I've seen my health fading away, gaining weight, constant headaches, joint pain, unable to assimilate nutrients, unable to gain muscle, weak and sad.
    You are everything I wish to be one day.
    I'm following AIP diet and trying everything within my means to get better.

  2. Hi Katie! Just wondering are you still doing invisilgn? I am 5 days in and it has been an adjustment with timing meals, snacks and trying to keep them in the recommended 20 hours a day. Just wondering how your journey is going with them.
