  1. Usually weight loosing requires a lot of dedication and work. I had my own experience with it, I had my ups and downs and finally I also did a lot of research online and offline in order to improve my results. I tried many different things to accelerate my weight lose, and eventually found the way that worked the best for me. So, after finding out that only exercising is not enough, I replaced one of my meals with a healthy smoothie.   2. Guys, losing weight doesn't have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that course has changed my life. I probably should not even be talking about it because I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.
