  1. On New Year's Eve it is traditional
    to eat Berliners (jam doughnuts basically)
    and this year we made and had
    three ingredient waffles as a replacement.
    1 banana, 1 cup of oats, one cup of plant milk
    blend thoroughly
    slap in a waffle iron – we like the Belgian style ones
    and cover in fruit compote
    It was delicious and better than Berliners
    So good we had it again for breakfast on New Years Day!
