chickpea egg (makes 2):
– 1 cup chickpea flour
– 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
– 1 tsp vegan beef stock powder (can sub. for vegan chicken or veg stock powder)
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 3/4 cup water (add more if desired)
– juice of 1/2 lemon
– 1 tsp white miso paste

nacho bean and rice mix (serves 2):
– 1/2 brown onion
– 1/2 red capsicum
– corn kernels off 1 cob
– 1/2 tsp olive oil
– 1 packet of microwavable brown rice (250g)
– 1/4 cup water
– 1 packet of nacho seasoning (30g)
– 1 can black beans, drained (400g)

tahini dressing:
– 1/2 cup tahini
– juice of 1/2 a lemon
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 2 tbsp water

sundried tomato pasta sauce:
– 1/2 brown onion, diced
– 1/2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 can cherry tomatoes in sauce (400g)
– 200g sundried tomatoes
– 1/4 cup vegan thickened cream
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
– salt and pepper to taste
