🌯 Bean & Cheese Burritos – Total: $5.86
1 can Refried beans
2 cups shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1 can Enchilada Sauce
1 pack Tortillas
Heat refried beans with some water or chicken broth. (Optional: add 1/4 tsp each of garlic powder, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and a dash of salt). Layout tortillas. Add refried beans, enchilada sauce, and cheese. Roll tortillas into burritos. Spray air fryer basket. Place burritos. Spray tops of burritos. Cook at 350F/176C for 4-6 minutes. If you want more crispy, add more oil and cook for additional 1-2 min at 400F/204C.

🥪 Tuna Melt – Total $4.99
1 can tuna
1-2 tbsp mayo
8 slices bread
1-2 tomatoes
Colby jack cheese slices (or cheese of your choice)
Half stick of butter
Combine tuna and mayo in a bowl, add relish/pickles if desired. Butter bread and place in air fryer basket. Layer on tuna, tomato, and cheese. Place buttered bread on top (butter on outside of bread). Cook at 350F/175C for 5-6 minutes. Flip halfway.

🥑 Avocado Egg Bake – Total $3.36
2 avocados
4 eggs
2 slices bread
Cut avocado in half. Take out the pit and carve a little extra room in the pit for the egg. Place parchment paper in air fryer. Place avocados. Place bread in air fryer. Crack egg in avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Spray with oil. Cook at 370F/187C for 6-12 minutes, or until eggs are done to liking.

🌮 Bean & Veggie Quesadilla – Total $5.41
4, 8 inch flour tortillas
Colby jack cheese
Black beans
Saute veggies in the air fryer at 380F/193C for 5 minutes. Layer cheese, veggies, and black beans. Fold in half. Place in basket. Spray top with oil. Keep it closed with wire rack or tooth picks. Cook 370F/187C for 5 min.

⛵ Zucchini Quinoa Boats – Total $5.39
Cut zucchini in half. Clean out the inside. Salt. Spray with oil. Cook zucchini 380F/193C for 6-12 min,or until tender. Cook veggies in the air fryer at 380F/193C for 5 minutes. Cook quinoa according to package. Once everything is done, combine quinoa with veggies and taco seasoning. Add filling to zucchini boats. Top with cheese. Cook in air fryer 380F/193C for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Great video! Just checking your gluten free options in the recipe bookI I found a lot of those recipes that I can adjust for my current keto diet!

    Have you used skewers (either wooden or metal) for any of your meals? Are they safe to use in the air fryer? I have some halibut and veggie pieces on wooden skewers I would love to cook in the air fryer. I’m going to try them and hope the wood doesn’t burn!

    We LOVE you; your enthusiasm for air frying (and life!) is infectious…! We’re most enjoying your back-catalogue of air fryer reviews & air recipes…
    Regarding removing Avocado stones, hold the half with the stone up in your left palm (to stop bruising Avocado) and whack the stone with the cutting edge of the same knife, then rotate (like the hand of a clock) the knife/stone to free the stone. We’d like to see your mastery of this in your next halved-Avocado recipe…!
