  1. @Liezl Jayne Strydom, I've got a question for you if that is ok. It is very hard not to eat sugar every day but I think this video is a very good idea. I'm doing this topic project and I am the health minister and I am arguing against the idea of not having healthy things for tuckshop in school every Wednesday. Does anyone have any good ideas why sugar is good for you?
    Everyone in the world needs to listen to this: Sugar is not good for you at all in anyway, it can cause all types of heart dieses and it can also cause cancer as well and lots more things to like that, so listen, don't have sugar everyday like me, have healthy things everyday and only sugary treats on special things like birthday parties etc.

  2. Actually white rice is easier to digest. Brown rice is a no no for me. A little bit of rice with a lot of vegetables will balance everything. Like my breakfast, salmon / small bowl of white rice & vegetables. Pasta makes me bloat sooo bad than rice 😩

  3. Things I learned going sugar free:
    – it’s ok to slip up sometimes. A cheat day here and there can actually be healthy and motivating for your mind
    – swerve is a great sugar substitute brand
    – buying a ton of fruit is a great idea because fruit becomes one of your favorite snacks!

  4. Just about to start this no processed sugar journey tomorrow. I'm pregnant so my cravings have been all sugar and processed foods lol as much as I would try to avoid eating them the hanger monster would overpower me and take over and eat all of it lol wish me luck I'm gonna need it.

  5. If you saying the fruit your eating doesnt have sugar pkease aska diabetic to eat the bowl of fruit. Maybe title it guving up refined sugar i stead of the click baut you ha e up there…this is bullcrap for those of you who are diabetic or needing to be no carb….some people dont realise that all carbs are sugar to the body if your diabetic.

    Beware if this type of fause informatiin. Some people who may nit be smart enough to figure out the difference.

    Otherwise, the video was done well.

  6. I did this challenge for like 3 months now and I am still doing it and it is really nice, I lost a lot of weight cause I did not eat any sugar from along time and I am still doing it.
    And, actually, I have never eaten or used white sugar like from 5 years, I just use brown sugar, coconut sugar and dates sugar.
    And for the people who are doing a diet and they don’t want to stop eating like Nutella and other unhealthy things you can use the weight watcher diet technique, it gives you limited points for each kind of food by its calories, so for example, I was 88 kg, and my points to that I could only have is 21 points for my whole day, I did not starve at all. It was pretty good actually, only in the beginning it was kinda hard, but then I get used to it. And by that and the sugar challenge, I lost like 20 kg in 3 MONTHS, as I said I was 88 kg and now I am 60 kg, and my height is 166 cm. And when someone says a diet it is not about eating only, no, it's also about exercising every single day for at least 30 minutes.
    SO IF ANYBODY WANTS TO LOSS WEIGHT YOU CAN USE THE WEIGHT WATCHER DIET TECHNIC, OR ALSO IF YOU DONT WANNA GAIN WEIGHT YOU CAN USE THIS METHOD.
