Dalgona coffee is an uber popular coffee drink that gained fans in South Korea but has gone viral all over the world. It is a whipped coffee topping that is layered over hot or cold milk. It’s easy to make a keto dalgona coffee. In this video, I share with you how to make four versions of keto whipped coffee. The original keto dalgona coffee, mocha dalgona coffee, salted caramel dalgona and matcha latte dalgona. All of these dalgona coffees are sugar free! I’ll explain what is Dalgona coffee and show you how to make it!
Dalgona coffee is made using 4 basic ingredients – instant coffee or espresso, a sweetener, hot water and milk. To make this recipe keto, you can use a keto approved sweetener. I recommend using a powder monkfruit or erythritol sweetener since they dissolve easier than the granulated kind. You can top your keto whipped coffee over nut milk or cream. I like to use macadamia nut milk.
The whipped coffee topping of Dalgona topping is so velvety smooth. It creates the creamiest coffee drink!

That's some sexy coffee! LOL Already shopping for instant espresso powder….
Thank you very much for important sharing
What the heck! I followed your recipe perfectly and it doesn’t wanna become that creamy texture. I’ve whisked it for over 30 minutes 😔
Can I do it with liquid sweetner? How many drops would I need?
Yes, I make it but have never made it keto style. Going to try your keto version.
Does anyone know where her cups are from? 🙏🏼😭
those look bitter af ngl
Coffee porn <3
can egg-whites be used with instant coffee as well?
I don’t have instant coffee, is there a alternative?
Okay, well you can totally exclude me from the soy milk, the almond milks and any of the other health-nut milks out there and definitely any of the alternative sweeteners. But I made my first attempt at this today, making just the regular version, hot, with heavy cream and real sugar. I usually drink at least a few cups of coffee each day, most days not more than 3, but sometimes…… But this will give you a bit of a jolt, even if you are used to caffeine. And if you're not used to it, watch out. You won't be sleeping for days.
Looks so good. Going shopping this weekend for ingredients for all your recipes. What’s the best milk to go with it?
Ummmmm is it safe to drink raw egg?
What mixer did you use to whip your Dalgona coffee?
Def making this in the morning !!!!!
I tried this with spelnda instead of erythritol and it didn't work. 🙁
The matcha one looked awful lol. Shoulda mixed the matcha with water gradually to prevent the lumps
I like it, but I don't really like so much milk all at once, or that much in ratio to my coffee flavor. once I mixed some espresso powder into my milk before layering with the dalgona, so the milk was more bitter and coffee flavor. I tried mixing it into regular coffee but it's meh. Anyone else know of any ideas to make less rich but still the same concept?
Less mess if you use a jar or other sturdy cup instead of a bowl… Then you can just add the milk on top… Tastes the same! 😉🙂
Umm, it's not "ex-press-o". Just sound out the word: espresso – "es-press-o". It's not that difficult. Espresso. There's no "x" in the word. I have faith in you.
Wow! Loved all the twists.. The matcha one.. ☕ also loved the background music. 😍
