These are 4 of my favorite healthy student meals because they are quick to make, they are healthy, and most importantly, they are delicious. I wanna show you that it’s possible to cook healthy and quick meals even if you are on a budget and even if you’re a college student.

  1. Lava Cake:
    -about 2 Tbsp oat flour
    -about 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
    -scoop of protein powder
    -pinch of salt
    -pinch of baking powder

    Mix

    -about 3 Tbsp applesauce
    -about 1/4 cup almond milk

    Mix

    -place dark chocolate cubes in the middle

    Microwave 2 minutes OR Bake at 400F for 15 minutes

  2. Guys just be a little cautious with eggs. Eggs are very very high in cholesterol, and they do have a decent amount of saturated fat. The British heart foundation, American college of cardiology, and the American heart association all recommend a limit of 1-2 eggs per day to involve eggs in part of a healthy diet. If you have high cholesterol or have familial hypercholesterolaemia, limit egg consumption to 3 per week. Remember to eat lots of veggies and pulses.
