  1. Liezl I found ur channel almost 2 years ago and combined your recipes with the 21 day fix workout videos and lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I’ve gained it back being depressed and stressed this last year. I’m ready to start again now though! your before and after photos are motivational bc they are exactly what mine would be like. It also motivates me that u have kept at it and kept the weight off. I love your recipes they are real, easy, tasty, and for real life! I’m so glad to see u are almost at a million subs u deserve it! U seem like such a sweetheart. Your new song sounds awesome girl is there anything u can’t do πŸ€—

  2. I really want to lose weight, for multiple reasons. But it's not just about losing weight, I want to change myself. I want to be someone that when I look in the mirror, I'll think 'whoa…I'm actually…pretty amazing'. I know people say you shouldn't change yourself for anyone or anything, but there's a difference. I think it's okay to change yourself for you, if you don't like who you are then you should be allowed to work on fixing it. I'm a total junkfood loving, anime watching, lazy person, but I'm really determined to get down to a healthy weight because I want to be able to cosplay easily πŸ™‚ Something that I feel like has been working for me is to work out while I watch anime. Doesn't matter if I'm sitting, standing, or how difficult the workout is or how easy it is, because I can last much longer when I'm distracted with a show I like.

    I just discovered your channel, but I already really like what I see πŸ™‚
