  1. love all these receipts, they look so tasty, so simple and straightforward, especially the sun dried tomato pasta and the roasted rosemary vegetables, got to try them!

    A little tip for cooking brown rice: let the rice soak in room temperature water in the pan for 2 hours before cooking, it will soak the water and become easier to cook through. And also, after it's cooked, let it rest in the pan with lid on for about 30 minutes, let the remaining heat cook it thoroughly.
    Soaking and resting can help the cooked rice become softer, tender, and enhance the elasticity and integrity of the rice.
    (Don't use iced water, for the rice wil become harder and can't be cooked through, 20-30°C water would be best.)
