  1. This might be the best soup we've done yet! You can 100% omit the wine, but it really does make this one special. The written recipe is always linked in the description (it's the little "arrow" on mobile and a "show more" on desktop). In the description, you will also find my shop and other links with cookware/ingredients and all the other things you guys frequently ask about. Thanks as always for liking my videos

  2. This was fun to watch. Love watching the channel evolve. The expanded role of your second "tester" is great. Can't wait to make this one, ironically my middle daughter sent me a tick tock recipe from college this week… wants broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl when she comes home for thanksgiving. Needless to say I'm using your recipe. How crazy, went to Pro Home Cooks today and there you were. Congratulations. It was great and all three recipes look fantastic.

  3. I never add flour to my soups, when l blend my veggies it thickens the soup naturally, I make sure to just cover the veggies with stock so there’s not too much liquid in the pot and then when blended l can add milk or cream to thin it to preference , and also add meat, rice or noodles for texture.

  4. A delicious soup blend for sure. I would imagine the commercial varieties using a 'mix' in which most contain msg taste just fine. Hollah, I'm not opposed to it as it's in so many prepared foods and it works well for a reason in moderation of course. Bear Creek family size is a brand I'm thinking of, never tried it, is even too rich for my blood these days. $
THIS soup looks great, (shout out to the NYS extra Sharp Cheddar, a former staple in our home), looks and obviously was great-delicious! Some/many/most dishes are best prepared at home, period. 👉The commercials' don't give the love that a home plate deserves.

  5. You should have subscribers by the millions. The honesty and humility you emanate are genuine and so refreshing. You’re recipes are great! Your family is beautiful. 6. Im so glad i discovered your channel. I love making this soup and i dont think you can have too much broccoli! Never thought of roasting some for a garnish. Good idea! Love your taste testers, nudges and how unbiased they are. They tell it like it is! Looks wonderful!
