RECIPES IN THIS VIDEO:
✰ Homestyle Vegan Banana Pancakes:
✰ Lemon Garlic Lima Bean Hummus
Makes 12oz

1 cup lima beans thawed from frozen
1 cup green peas thawed from frozen
1 can white beans rinsed and drained
⅓ cup runny tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup water
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp garlic powder

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill for at least one hour or overnight for best results…although I eat this straight out of the blender so feel free to serve immediately if desired. Full blog post of this recipe coming soon! Enjoy!

  1. Thank you for these recipes they look delicious! I love the budget friendly as pet and the tips as well. Food is crazy expensive in Canada right now. Just for a small container of grapes and one of blueberries last week cost me $14. Strawberries were just too much at $10 a container…especially when they go bad so fast. Anyway, thanks! I'm going to look into your cooking class!
