✰ Homestyle Vegan Banana Pancakes:
✰ Lemon Garlic Lima Bean Hummus
1 cup lima beans thawed from frozen
1 cup green peas thawed from frozen
1 can white beans rinsed and drained
⅓ cup runny tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup water
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp garlic powder
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill for at least one hour or overnight for best results…although I eat this straight out of the blender so feel free to serve immediately if desired. Full blog post of this recipe coming soon! Enjoy!
