I have a news flash for you , some of us are very out of shape and morbidly obese , I'm not going to be able to do any sprints , that attitude " come on do sprints " is exactly why people like me will not go work out at a gym untill we lose a certain amount of weight , you've probably never been this heavy and out of shape , you should qualify your videos as " these videos are only for young people that are in decent shape " thanks for wasting my time.

  2. Please emphasize for people the amount of sodium, potassium, and magnesium required daily to replenish electrolytes. It’s far more than people realize. A little packet of something a day or a pill is NOT gonna do it. It’s 5000-7000 mg of sodium a day depending on your activity level over and above what’s in it in your food, 4000mg of potassium, and 400-500mg magnesium. Preferably magnesium glycinate for bioavailability. Put it all in water and sip throughout the day. Do not shoot those amounts—instant and violent bathroom breaks will result. Look up making solé water for the sodium component. Use NuSalt or NoSalt for the potassium. Magnesium can be a nightly supplement.

  3. At first I am thinking this is absolute BS but after listening through and thinking about it later came back to make this comment. There is every reason to beleive that keytones can start to kick after this short time if everything is done right with the electrolytes being ingested steadily and all. Only one thing and that is that the people that really need this change in the metabolism to happen will not be able to do sprints. Many probably most will be like me and have a big lump of flug hanging over their belt and maybe not so probable they will be old, too old to do sprints. This takes time, there is no easy fix for the flub but exercise helps and walking is a good way to get that exercise. It is probably the best exercise because many muscles are used in walking, mostly lower body but the whole body needs to be mobilised and moving the arms in a march type movement fast or slow works the whole body. As for second day keytones, don't think about it, it can take up to 2 weeks is the reality of it so be patient. It is a long term thing and you want to keep it going and not let you body go back to flub state or be returning LDL in your blood stream, that form of calesterol are evil little things. You might want to focus on never eating what is in reality pure belly fat ever again.

  4. ok gonna try this method tomorrow as I always have a hard time getting into ketosis. I will post my results but i really don't think it will work. I just did a 3 day sardine diet and no ketosis. Can't do sprints but I will think of something.

  7. Or… You can just do the workout part, and do the fasting part along with some electrolytes and start burning fat right away… You'll likely get sleepy. When you wake up, you'll be in ketosis especially if you sleep through the night… I do it all the time…
