Drew’s Keto Spinach Shake
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup full-fat coconut milk (from a can)
¼ medium avocado
1 scoop Vanilla Keto Meal
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 tablespoons flaked unsweetened coconut
1 handful spinach
dash of cinnamon
Ice to desire
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into Blendjet and blend until smooth. Enjoy! add spinach, then ice, then avocado, then wet ingredients
Strawberry Coconut Shake
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup full-fat coconut milk (from a can)
1 scoop Vanilla Keto Meal
1 handful frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons flaked unsweetened coconut
Ice to desire (optional)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in BlendJet, blend until smooth and enjoy!
Butterfinger Shake
Ingredients:
1 ⅓ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Peanut Butter Cup Whey Protein Isolate
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
¼ teaspoon rum extract
1 handful of spinach
Ice to desire
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into BlendJet and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!

I love it. The smoothies are delicious
I love my blend jet. I wish they had an additional lid or modify the one that is on it, to accommodate a straw. Would be better while driving in a vehicle.
