  1. Most mornings I drink some type of bone broth ( chicken bones or fish bones), ACV and water, tea or coffee , guava leaf tea and lots of water until lunch time. Lunch is some form of vegetable grown above the ground, either steamed, braised or grilled with fresh garlic and olive oil. Dinner is really my breakfast swap. A selection from Eggs, bacon, tomato, avocado , lettuce and cucumbers and a must add in for bulk is a flaxseed meal biscuit. My snack is a selection from steamed broccoli stalk, zucchini sticks, cucumber boats, celery sticks or apple sticks with a nut butter spread. However I love your combinations. So far it is working great for me . If I feel for a change of snack my freezer has most of your Keto desserts. 💝👏🏼💕❤️🌺✅
