Today I will be sharing my recent favourite snack recipe which is 3 Ingredients Sattu Ladoo. It is an Oil Free, Sugar Free, 2 Min Instant Healthy Snack Which requires No cooking. Sattu laduu is an apt high protein nutritious snack for weight loss.
Sattu is prepared by dry roasting and grinding grains, channa, barley, or Bengal gram.Sattu is known for its nutritive values and cooling properties.Here is a very easy and less time-consuming healthy snack recipe that you can depend on and consume guilt-free. Sattu Ladoo is made up of barley sattu, some desiccated coconut, and soft dates. This recipe is oil and sugar-free and still very tasty and satiable.
* If you are not accessible to barley sattu, you can go for any sort of sattu, be it be Bengal gram sattu or chickpea sattu, it is anyways going to deliver loads of nutrition.

    I love to see your videos & m really fond of your research on foods
    But due to a fracture in my knee m bedridden for one n half months .
    Though I m taking care of my food & limiting grain intake & even sugar.
    Plz help me to manage my diet .
    M sure there must be many others who want to keep their weight in control while on bed
    M a woman 55 yrs 5ft 3 inches & weigh 63 kg . I will eagerly wait for your reply & would appreciate if you could make a video on this. Thanks a lot 🙏🙏
