Ingredients & Written Recipe :
Healthy protein rich sandwich 🥪
200g Paneer
4 tbsp Bell pepper
3 tbsp Boiled corn
Chopped chilli
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes
Black pepper pwd
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp Green chutney
1 tbsp Disano Extra virgin olive oil
Whole wheat bread

Method :
# Mix all ingredients.
#Apply oil on bread.
#Add stuffing , place another 🍞 on it.
#Apply oil on top.
#Keep it preheated sandwich toaster.
#Roast until crisp.

Oats Pav bhaji :
2 tbsp Disano Extra light olive oil
3 tomato
2 Green chilli
1/2 cup capsicum
1 cup Cabbage
Boiled mix veggies
Water as needed
Salt to taste
1.5 tsp Red chili pwd
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
Coriander leaves
1 bowl Disano instant oats

Method :
# Heat up oil then add chilli & 🫑
# Saute high flame .
# Add cabbage (you can add 🧅 & 🧄)
# Add all spices & cook for 1 min.
# Now add oats and roast it on slow flame.
# Add boiled veggies.(I have used Potato, cauliflower, 🥕 and green peas)
# water as needed.
# Mash it using masher.
# cook for 2 min.
# Lastly add coriander leaves.
# Bhaji is ready.
# Serve with salad, 🍋 and wheat bread 🍞

No cheese pasta :
200g Disano wheat pasta
Water as needed
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Wheat flour
1 cup milk
Chilli flakes
Black pepper powder
3 tbsp Bell pepper
2 tbsp Boiled corn
Mix hurbs
50g paneer
1 bowl tomato puree
2 tbsp Disano Extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp pizza pasta sauce

Method :
# Add pasta in hot water.
# Add salt and oil.
# Boil it for 10 min.
# Take it strainer.
# Heat up butter in pan.
# Now add wheat flour , roast it on slow flame.
# Add milk & mix it well.
# Cook for 2 min.
# white sauce is ready.
# Heat up extra virgin olive oil.
# Add Bell pepper & corn , saute high flame.
# Add 🍅 puree , pizza sauce and all spices.
# cook it for 1 min.
# Add boiled pasta & white sauce.
# Mix it well.
# Add grated paneer.
# Mix it again & switch off the flame.
# Ready to serve.

  1. મનિષાબેન, ખુબ સરસ weight loss રેસીપી. સ્વાદ અને સ્વાસ્થ્ય બંને પ્રત્યે જાગૃત લોકો માટે બેસ્ટ રેસીપીઝ.
    આજકાલ યુટ્યુબ પર એક રેસીપી trending થઇ રહી છે, લીક્વીડ ડો માંથી (Liquid Dough) મેથી પરાઠા કે મસાલા પરાઠા કે આલૂ પરાઠા કે પૂરણપોળી બનાવાની. જેમાં લોટ ગૂંથવાનો અને ત્યારબાદ પરાઠા/પુરણપોળી વણવામાં નથી આવતાં. પણ હજુ સુધી કોઈએ ગુજરાતનાં વિશ્વ પ્રસિદ્ધ થેપલાં નથી બનાવ્યા. સમય મળે તો Liquid Dough માંથી રેગ્યુલર થેપલા કે મેથીના થેપલા કે દૂધીના થેપલા બનાવજો. આભાર સહ.
