Halloumi : Ha-lou-me
I like halloumi but it's a bit plain/ boring and, comparatively, more expensive than feta or mozzarella. Indian Paneer is quite similar. Probably of an equal cost to the halloumi but may be easier to find
I love fancy pants salads!! Especially with grilled fruits. 😋 Cobb salads are my favorite go to and I always add avocado and red onion to it. Yum! Thanks so much for your inspiration!
