FULL WRITTEN RECIPE:
DECADENT KETO CHIA PUDDING 3 WAYS
Chia pudding always felt like a “diet” dessert to me before I figured out how to make it right. These three recipes make a great base for keto chia pudding that actually tastes like a real, decadent dessert pudding, not just a “health food”.
The first is a chia version of black forest cake, dark chocolate contrasted with cherries. The second is a creamy keto alternative to pumpkin pie, with all the spices and flavor without the carbs. The third and final recipe is a chia adaptation of what Americans call german chocolate cake, with a milk chocolate base and coconut pecan “frosting” on top.
