  2. Hey Mayra question. I did Keto over a year ago. My depression got the best of me this winter & I got back in to bad habits. When I did this journey before I stuck with mostly lean metas, cheese. I would have nuts or pork rinds. I never really followed a plan. I just tried to stay away from carbs. My question is this. Do I need to wait down the road before making any of your keto “sweet” recipes. I know the last time it was about 3 weeks of craving sweets & not falling into temptation. I didn’t eat any sweets for about 4 months. I was scared once I had something it would start those sweet cravings. But I also remember it was SUPER hard those first 3 weeks. Thank you for any time & advice. I L♥️VE your channel & all of the advice & recipes you have shared over the years.

  4. I love soup. Living the LC life. Finally! Lost 14 lb in 10 days. I'm doing 800cal protein only 1 or 2 days a wk. Then 20carbs each day the rest of the week. Girl, I'm going to need 3 bowls on 20 carb days. Actually I could probably eat that all day. Just don't go over 20 carbs.. Thank you so much! I want to make it tomorrow
