इस वीडियो में आप सीखेंगे 3 बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट सलाद – कच्चे पपीते का सलाद, गाजर किशमिश सलाद और जूकिनी के नूडल्स | इन सभी सलाद को हमने सारी ऐसी सामग्री से बनाया है जो हमे सीधा माँ प्रकृति से मिलती है | कोई भी पैकेट-बंद, बोतल-बंद, या डब्बी-बंद चीज़ नहीं इस्तेमाल करी| सभी रेसिपी में तेल की जगह मेवे और चीनी की जगह गुड़ और खजूर इस्तेमाल किए है|

हम विश्वास करते है की सलाद की जगह आपकी प्लेट के साइड पर नहीं, बल्कि प्लेट भर के होनी चाहिए| अपने लंच या डिनर की जगह, किसी दिन ये सलाद खाइये और आप देखेंगे की आपको खाने के बाद बिलकुल नींद नहीं आएगी, आपके अंदर ऊर्जा बहुत बढ़ जाएगी और आपको बहुत हल्का महसूस होने लगेगा| हम आशा करते है की आपको ये सलाद अच्छे लगे!


In this video, you will learn how to make 3 delicious salads – thai papaya salad, carrot raisin salad and zucchini noodle salad. All the ingredients used in each of the recipes come straight from Mother Nature. We do not use anything processed, packaged, tinned, bottled or canned. We use nuts instead of oil, and jaggery or dates instead of sugar.

We strongly believe that salads don’t belong on the side of your plate, but on the center of your plate. Instead of your regular lunch or dinner, try having one of these salads and you will see that you will not feel sleepy in the day, your energy will be through the roof and you will feel very light in your body.
