OH MY GOODNESS! I just love watching your videos, to see what new goodness, concoction you will be coming up with! I will definitely be trying these recipes. I am always looking for a different way to try tofu and that broccoli cream sauce looks so good, kind of like a pesto. Oh how I love jerk, I never thought you could take the skin off the portobellos, you showed me something new, another definite try!

We recently bought a Thermomix and it's been such a huge improvement in the kitchen: we're eating healthier, more diverse, and had a few treats as well. I've used it every day. The only things I don't like about it: it is a bit slow – not at all what I'm used to from computers and phones (that's ok). And the recipe archive, cookiedoo, can't filter for vegan or easy veganisable (that's a bit annoying).

If you ever make recipes for the TM, we'll be first in line to buy them.
