    You can choose the combination of the meat. There are only meat and then mix one, mix mean its everything from the meat, lungs, liver, and etc

  33. What a blessed and loving family you have. The children are so nice and polite and answer the question diplomatically, not my favorite! 🙂 I think Palubasa is too heavy for children. As native Jakartan living abroad I would also think twice to have it especially with the intestines. Again, I love watching your videos, such an eye opening even for Indonesian like me. Do love your adventure to the fish port/market in Makassar. I think even native Jakartan middle class family would think twice to go there but with your video I would say there is no worries to explore.
