About the recipe :
Hi All Welcome Back. I am Aaleen Khan from Aaleens recipe corner. Today I am showing 2 sides or healthy salad veg recipes to beat the summer. They are healthy and can be served as sides or simply had as a salad. They serve the best when served as a side with biryani, rice, rotis, chapathis, and Parata. I am sure most of us know these recipes, however, showing for those who do not know and for those who have a different version from that of mine. I hope you will love this preparation.
Cucumber & Onion :
In a Mixing bowl add 2 chopped onions, 1 small chopped green chilly, few coriander leaves, and 2 large chopped cucumbers. Mix well with hands to get the best taste. Now add salt to taste, 1 pinch pepper powder and juice of 1/2 a lemon. Mix well and serve.
Tomato & Onion or Kachumber :
In a Mixing bowl add 2 chopped onions, 1 small chopped green chilly, few coriander leaves, salt to taste, 2 pinch pepper powder and juice of 1/2 a lemon Mix well with hands to get the best taste. Add chopped small 4 tomatoes and mix well and Serve.
