  1. Dr Ergin, following your recommendations and watching your videos helped me to improve health significantly. A lot of things we don't know and we keep learning from wise sources and smart people to improve our life. I do all of your formulas given online and reached excellent results.
Thank you with all my heart โฃ๏ธ

  2. My mother had her heart attack when she was about the age I am now. The first thing her doctor said was to get rid of the "vegetable oils" and replace them with olive oil – preferably extra virgin olive oil. She will be 85 on August 30th. And I haven't used "vegetable oil" since the early 1990s.

  3. since watching one of your videos on moringa I've watched alot of videos by people who have spent years studying the benefits of moringa . I now have moringa powder in my morning smoothie along with mustard seeds ,sulphorophane, chia seeds , flaxseed , walnuts and blueberries.

  4. I ate those noodles once. My daughter spent five years in Asia where they are pretty common, but she said everyone warned her not to eat very muchโ€ฆ.they can cause terrible constipation. She told me this AFTER I ate someโ€ฆand her friends were correct. I was pretty miserable. I have a question about eggs – are the benefits only seen when eating the whole egg, or will I still get benefits eating just the whites? I had my gallbladder out two years ago, and have been eating only whites ever since. Iโ€™m used to my egg white omelet every dayโ€ฆ.should I add one whole egg to it for better benefit?
